DELIVERY POLICY.
Digital products can be downloaded directly to your computer when purchased.
Physical products will be shipped as soon as payment has been confirmed via
Royal Mail, a proof of posting document will be obtained from the post office. For
overseas shipments goods will be sent by Air Mail.
Where the customer has provided an email address, orders will be confirmed by
email followed by an email confirming shipment.
REFUND POLICY.
Up to 60 day money back guarantee will be offered to all customers who ask for a
refund within this time frame. Unless a longer period is specified on sales page.
CANCELLATION POLICY.
Credit Card orders will be cancelled if payments are not cleared by Paypal. Cheque
payments will be cancelled if Cheques are not cleared by the Bank.
Customer cancellations will be accepted prior to shipment of goods or under our
refund policy.
PRIVACY POLICY.
As my customer your privacy is important. At the same time it is essential that you
provide us with sufficient information to enable us to supply you with the goods and
services that you have ordered.
We will do everything possible to ensure that your information is kept private at all
times.
We will only hold your email address and shipping details, if required, on file after
shipment of your order if you have given us permission to do so.
If you provide us with your email address we will email you to confirm receipt of order
and shipment of goods.
Credit card processing is handled through PayPal and we do not store your credit card
number, bank account and other financial information. Any other personal information
will not be revealed to any third party, except with your express permission or if we are
required to do so pursuant to a court order or other legal process.
